Venz Media plans early and keeps clients on track. I worked with Robin Block-Taylor and David Vences for months before our event, and they built a shot list around our full program so nothing important got missed. Alexis coordinated with our members ahead of time to schedule interviews, turned that footage into finished oral history videos, and sent them over before the event so we knew exactly what we were getting. She also came to the event itself and helped things run smoothly. That night, their videographer, photographer, and interviewer covered a packed program: speakers, a live auction, an exhibit of historical panels, and a live painting. They worked seamlessly around our guests and missed nothing. The final photos and videos came back polished and arrived quickly.
